But I still think the texture on the lemon cake looks pretty good.<br />I've used 1/2 to 2/3 of a recipe when using the 6-cup Bundt pan. It just depends. If the recipe calls for 3 eggs for a whole recipe, I tend to make 2/3 of the recipe (and use 2 eggs).
