Sprouting grains is such a fun thing to do and I find all of the loaf breads that I've made so far in his Whole Grains book to be really light and fluffy! You wouldn't believe that they're 100% whole grain! :-)Janishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09518301315786760270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4320093032856116413.post-55811274724291314992012-02-26T01:38:23.095+08:002012-02-26T01:38:23.095+08:00I can't wait to try this recipe! I think it's important to really drain the grains and cover them with cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer so there will still be air circulating inside to avoid condensation which could lead to molding. I made the mistake of covering it with a plastic lid the first few hours and there was condensation build up inside but Janishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09518301315786760270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4320093032856116413.post-82867674031072396962012-02-25T07:05:45.521+08:002012-02-25T07:05:45.521+08:00Thanks mireia! Thanks mireia!Janishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09518301315786760270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4320093032856116413.post-86788809580703688882012-02-24T05:54:38.993+08:002012-02-24T05:54:38.993+08:00Sprouting your own grain. It sounds like what you did was in a short enough time frame that it wouldn't even have time mold. I'm gonna have to try it. Your loaf looks beautiful, as well as the bread's crumb. It looks light and fluffy indeed :o)Hanaâhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15660317268731033542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4320093032856116413.post-58510546369292681602012-02-24T04:17:40.231+08:002012-02-24T04:17:40.231+08:00Nice!!
